Microsoft PST Backup Tool

Microsoft offers an Outlook add-on PST backup tool. Once you install it, it will add the backup option on the File Menu of Outlook. The way it works is this: Once you configure, it will backup the file AFTER you close Outlook in the interval you specified. This is good for clients who have PST files stored on their local hard drives and the site has some sort of Network share drive like Terastations, USB drives or shared folders on the servers.
