Grinding noise or cog stripping noise on a Laserjet M3035

The issue normally is: The plastic gears inside of the printer are worn out. You need to replace the gears (and the fuser, since the gears located on the fuser get worn out as well by the printer’s worn gears)
IF you have a HP support contract, have them come to your office and they will replace it for you. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes when done by a experienced HP technician, or two plus hours if I try it!

Good luck!
