Installing Citrix Receiver 3.1 as an admin instead of non-admin

When you install Citrix Receiver 3.1 as an local admin on a Windows XP/Vista/7, you are able to manipulate some Web.Int. settings on the client when you login; However if you install the webclient (CR 3.1) as a non-admin (on the local workstation) you won’t have the same options available to you. This has to do with limitations between the W.I. server and the WI client when the non admin account install the client; It is likely related to the Active X settings; I am not sure which settings aren’t enabled for the non-admins preventing the Workspace control features of the WI on the client workstation to be displayed. The workaround is to install the client using admin credentials; This is a change from older versions where the non admin account installed the client and was able to view all workspace control features of the WI client.
